  Place the watch in its original manufacturer box along with all manuals and certificates, ensuring it is packed securely to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the package from your registered address.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our quality control team verifies the condition of the watch, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
